3. You can sign-up here and begin exploring on your own, or sign-up and jump into a tutorial designed to show you each and every feature available from Reimagine Memories.
4. Reimagine Memories is similar to MySpace in many ways, but also very unique in many more ways. Like MySpace we are a social-networking site hoping to bring together family and friends from across the world. We have many of the standard features of a social-networking site such as comments, friend lists, profiles, and message services. What separates us from MySpace.com and in many ways not only makes us a competitor, but also a sidekick for MySpace is our innovative features. Unlike MySpace we allow all different types of free file uploads allowing you to share tons of videos, music, sounds, pictures, stories, and much more to all of your friends.
A huge criticism and annoyance of MySpace is the awful profile pages filled with flashes, unreadable text, blaring music, gigantic images that take forever to download, and horrid color schemes that make you nearly go blind.Reimagine Memories gets rid of all of these annoyances by still allowing customizing, but preventing distracting and annoying web design. At the end of the day Reimagine Memories offers similar/different features than MySpace, but also compliments it well. By complimenting we mean you can put photos, videos, music, and text documents uploaded onto your Reimagine Memories page right into your MySpace profile page. You don't have to choose sides between MySpace and Reimagine Memories; just try both and see where your life fits into each one.
5. Photobucket.com and other image uploading websites for years have been the place to upload pictures to link and display on other websites. That all changed the day Reimagine Memories started as we far exceed our competitors. Not only do we offer more free space than most (With extra available for a reasonable amount) we also offer unlimited data transfer so you don't end up seeing some stupid bandwidth exceeded image instead of your picture.
Instead you always get to see your picture in full glory with as many people as you would like available to view it or download it. We don't have file size limits either so feel free to upload as big a size image as you would like. Also, we're not limited to just pictures; you can also upload videos, music, sound files, and text documents. We not only far exceed photo uploading services, but also go far beyond by adding innovative features such as Memories Through the Mail, which easily allow for your old home videos, picture albums, records, and more to be put on the web.

10. Dan Story (Technical Director and Co-Founder) and Brad Jashinsky (Lead Designer and Co-Founder) met on the Internet a few years ago on a Visual Basic Programming Forum and then subsequently talking on AOL Instant Messenger. With similar interests and hobbies Dan and Brad collaborated on many projects and we're always able to help each other on whatever project they were currently working on. Not only focusing on work, Dan and Brad became friends who although original bond was programming have since digressed into all of the subjects friends digress about. With their central hobbies of being programming one night after viewing home movies at a friend's house Brad talked to Dan on AIM and eventually sent him a PowerPoint presentation describing a more in-depth idea for Reimagine Memories. Dan was quickly on-board and brought his extensive programming knowledge and amazing website system design skills to Reimagine Memories completing the collaboration. Months of design work and business work by Brad and months of programming work and design work by Dan have created Reimagine Memories creating an impressive Web 2.0 site that hopes to change the way people interact with each other on the Internet and share their memories with others across the web.
11. Yes; no pornography, risque media, copyrighted files, viruses, harassment, threats, or racist comments are allowed in any public space on Reimagine Memories. We take this very seriously and will suspend and even ban accounts if we feel these rules have been violated. Reimagine Memories is family friendly and has measures for reporting any of these violations by easily clicking a button. We review reported images in 24hrs taking the appropriate action. We also understand that our members may have memories that may be deemed adult oriented, risque, and even pornographic so we also have catered to these members. If any of your memory files fit these descriptions simply check the private checkbox when uploading your file and all of the members on your friend's list will be allowed to view them without fear of us removing them. We're dedicated to reaching all of our members' needs and concerns so if you have a question as to whether a certain file is acceptable for public viewing or would like to send a detailed message reporting a file contact us.
12. While designing Reimagine Memories we thought methodically about how to protect each and everyone of our members. We allow members to decide whether to make their files public or private and don't require that any personal information is submitted. We suggest that everyone who's interacting with strangers online read this guide closely and refer to it:
A few rules to always follow is to make sure your children understand to never meet strangers offline, that they may not be who they really are, and to never give out a last name or any type of contact information. If you are an adult we also suggest that if you form bonds on the Internet with someone and decide to meet make sure to do it in an open and public place. Don't assume that everyone on Reimagine Memories is a stalker or a dangerous criminal, because the two founders of Reimagine Memories, Brad and Dan, first met online and became friends online. That being said always use caution and common sense when interacting with people on the Internet and members on Reimagine Memories.
